Important Information

- Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- All tours are subject to availability.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required and up to a maximum of 8 people.
- Refreshments and water in reusable containers are allowed; alcoholic beverages are prohibited. (Single-use plastic is not allowed).

Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations must be sent via email to info@wildtraveling.net at least 72 hours before the tour to receive a full refund; otherwise, they will be non-refundable. A full refund will be applied excluding the 5% credit card fees.
- Any changes to the tours must be sent via email to info@wildtraveling.net at least 24 hours before the tour and are subject to availability.
- From December 15 to January 5 (holiday season), cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the tour to receive a full refund.
- For events beyond our control, we may switch to a more suitable tour with equal or similar adventure appeal or offer other tour options, so you don't miss out on a fun day in Costa Rica. We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions and will only conduct a tour according to our policies. A full refund is granted if (in rare cases) no tour is conducted.
- No-shows for any acquired service are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Once the trip has begun, no refunds will be made for unused portions.
